Villa Savino is surrounded by its own extensive grounds with lawns, fruit trees and olive groves. There are plenty of quiet corners for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity and beautiful views. It has its own private deck level salt water swimming pool (10m x 5m) with heated external hydro-massage tub in a wonderful panoramic position near to the house, framed by beautiful green lawns ideal for taking a dip. The comfortable sunbeds around the pool are lovely for relaxing in whilst soaking up the hot sun and the pretty pergola by the side of the pool equipped with table and chairs is perfect for enjoying sitting under. It also has a delightful small lake with fish nearby just outside the grounds and a spacious car park.

Villa Savino is situated close to Monte San Savino, a pretty hill town with a selection of shops and restaurants just 1,5 km away. It's a good location from which to explore the area with Arezzo being close by, Florence and Siena easily accessible and there are lovely drives through the Chianti area with its beautiful castles and vineyards.
