Stairs lead to the first floor and a sitting room with fireplace and settee (which can convert to a double bed on request to accommodate up to 2 extra persons). On the same floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, another double bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub.
In front of the villa is a pretty garden where there is a barbecue, and lovely gazebo with table and chairs for dining al fresco. Ideally situated in the naturally terraced grounds below is a swimming pool (15m x 5m) which enjoys a fine panorama over the valley and the town of Monte San Savino. The pool is only occasionally used by the owners of the villa who live in the bordering property close by.

It's a good location from which to explore the area with Arezzo being close by, Florence and Siena easily accessible via good road links nearby, and there are lovely drives through the Chianti area with its beautiful castles and vineyards.
