Fiorino O is on the ground floor of the farmhouse and whilst retaining all its original characteristics such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, is fitted with all modern comforts. The apartment consists of a living area with dining table and chairs, satellite television and kitchen area. There are two pretty bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with twin beds (which can convert to a double on request) both with patio doors opening onto the outside, and two shower rooms one of which is ensuite. Fiorino O has its own terrace area in the garden for relaxing and dining al fresco and there are barbeques for guests use.

In the grounds of the estate is a lovely swimming pool (14m x7m) bordered by a sun terrace and surrounded by lawns, as well as a large gazebo. There are wonderful views of the beautiful landscape all around with the distinctive Castle of Poppi visible on the hill beyond the valley.

Fiorino O apartment is situated on an estate just 1.5km from the picturesque town of Poppi with its supermarket, and good selection of shops and restaurants. The main farmhouse houses eight apartments in total and there are two detached cottages also on the estate. The attentive owners have added a laundry room with coin operated washing machine and iron for guests use, there is WiFi internet connection, and a communal room with large covered terrace area for events. The owners are friendly and helpful and happy to give useful hints and information about the local area.

The Casentino area of Tuscany, much of which is a national park, has many hidden treasures, the lovely local hill towns are a joy to leisurely explore and the main art cities of Florence and Arezzo are within an hours' drive. Other wonderful Tuscan towns such as Siena, San Gimignano and Cortona are lovely days out.
