Originally a country manor house, Villa Angie has been beautifully restored with immaculate attention to detail and has very comfortable and inviting interiors. The owners' passion for antiques is reflected in the many collectors items present in the furnishings and decor including original paintings, ornaments, Persian carpets and furniture. Needless to say all modern comforts (such as the brand new fitness room close to the pool) have been discreetly added to the villa, perfectly integrated into the original structure with all its beautiful characteristics being retained.

The villa is spread over two spacious levels. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a large fully equipped country style kitchen with a lovely fireplace creating a warm and homely atmosphere, a gorgeous lounge with fireplace and comfy sofas (one of which can convert to a bed on request), and an enormous exquisite living room with wonderful beamed ceilings, where there is a dining area with large table and chairs, and a sitting area with lovely stone fireplace and settees. On the same floor is a pretty double bedroom and a shower room. The kitchen opens onto a covered loggia terrace which is furnished with table, benches and easy chairs perfect for dining al fresco. On the other side of the villa the ground floor bedroom opens onto a further loggia terrace also with outdoor furniture and a view towards the swimming pool.

A beautiful staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor, where there are a further three lovely bedrooms, all beautifully furnished in keeping with the rest of the villa. The 'yellow' bedroom is particularly spacious and has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with Turkish bath and Jacuzzi shower with cromo & aroma therapy, the 'red' bedroom has a double bed and the blue bedroom has twin beds, these share a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower with cromo & ozone therapy.
The villa is surrounded by woodlands and olive groves and immersed in its own grounds with lawns and terracotta pots brimming with flowers. The two lovely loggia terraces, one at each side of the house, are lovely spots for dining al fresco, and there is plenty more room for relaxing in the gardens and by the private swimming pool (16m x 8m) which has a hydro massage corner and enjoys a fine view of the countryside. Moreover, the sports fans will love the fitness room, close to the changing rooms and showers under the pool, with weight training and other modern equipment.

The villa of course is equipped with all modern comforts including air conditioning and heating which can be individually regulated room by room, there is a laundry room off the kitchen with washing machine and dryer, as well as Wi fi internet access, satellite television, Dvd player, safe, hairdryers in the bathrooms and flyscreens at the windows. The villa and gardens are completely enclosed and there is parking within the grounds for up to 5 cars

Although situated in the heart of the countryside Villa Angie is only 2.5km from the town of Monsummano Terme famous for its thermal baths and with a selection of shops and restaurants. Montecatini Terme, also a spa town with a cosmopolitan atmosphere, is nearby and an interesting place to explore. The beautiful Tuscan cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa can be easily reached via nearby road and rail links, and a visit to Siena, San Gimignano or the Versilia coast are lovely day trips out.
