Il Nibbio is a cosy apartment located in the historical town of San Gimignano, on one of the streets leading into the centre, so just a few minutes’ walk away from all this gorgeous town has to offer. A highlight of the apartment is the lovely roof terrace which enjoys pretty views over the countryside, and there is a further patio area below at the entrance to the apartment.

The entrance gate to Il Nibbio leads directly onto the roof terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing whilst enjoying the pretty view of the countryside beyond. Steps (16 approx) lead down to the apartments entrance and a further terrace area which is furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco. The apartment itself is in studio style, comfortably furnished and with a cosy atmosphere. The open plan living/sleeping area consists of a kitchen corner, dining table and chairs, wicker easy chairs, satellite television, a sleeping area with double bed and a separate shower room. There is also a washing machine for guests use.

It’s a lovely location for enjoying to the full the sights and sounds of Italian life as located inside the historical town of San Gimignano, on one of the streets leading to the centre just 5 minutes walk away (traffic in the historic centre is limited to residents only). The town is a real joy to explore with a wealth of monuments to visit, craft shops to browse, wide selection of restaurants to try and lovely pavement cafes around the piazza’s to sit and watch the world go by. Many other wonderful sights of Tuscany such as Florence and Siena are within easy reach either by car or by local bus and train connections via Poggibonsi.

Cars are restricted inside the city of San Gimignano, but you can park the car in one of the car parks just a short walk outside the city walls.
