Villa Delizia is a luxury private villa in a fabulous position close to the picturesque town of Sorrento. The villa boasts its own large beautifully kept garden, private swimming pool, and wonderful terraces with spectacular views of the azure sea. The villa comes complete with every modern comfort and is perfect for a relaxing luxurious holiday in a stunning location.

Villa Delizia breathes luxury, offering more than a private villa, as various services are provided to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast and daily maid service (except Sundays) are included and everything from the furnishings to the linens is of the highest standard. The first two floors are exclusive to guests staying at the villa and a lower level with completely separate entrance is reserved for the villa host and manager who discreetly ensures that everything runs smoothly, and is immaculately maintained. Whilst totally respecting your privacy, the villa staff are at your complete disposal if extra services are required.

A private pathway leads to the entrance of the villa opening into a little hallway leading directly to the lovely living area which is beautifully furnished with many Tuscan antique pieces, fireplace and opens directly onto the terrace which enjoys pretty sea views. On the same level is a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the garden, and there is a lovely loggia terrace where breakfast is usually served. On the upper floor are three very comfortable bedrooms, all opening onto the lovely upper terrace with sea views, and three gorgeous bathrooms. The villa is complete with all modern comforts including air conditioning/heating (payable locally), Wifi internet connection, flat screen satellite television and stereo.

Villa Delizia has 1000m of lush garden spread over various levels. The upper part has a lovely lawn area complete with table, chairs, sunshade and barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco. The lower level reached by stone steps features a kidney shaped swimming pool (13m x 5m) with hydromassage corner, sun terrace, pretty gazebo with table and chairs and handy w/c.

Breakfast, maid service, bathroom towels are provided daily (except Sundays) and a host of extra services chefs, excursions, boat trips and transfers can be arranged. The nearest rocky beach is 500m and the lovely town of Sorrento, just 2km away, has shops, restaurants and ferry services to the islands of Capri and Ischia. Delightful Positano and Amalfi coast towns are easily reached, as are Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii. The cuisine in the area is superb, with many restaurants featuring fresh fish and local specialities or a chef can be arranged at the villa to prepare delicious meals.
