Five Bedroom Split Level Villa Sorrento

Villa Sorrento is a unique property in a fantastic location in the beautiful seaside town of Sorrento, boasting its own garden, a private swimming pool and terrace whilst being just a stones throw from the town centre and the sea. This amazing luxury property is complete with all modern comforts including air conditioning.

The villa is perfectly located in the centre of Sorrento and all the amenities that this beautiful town has to offer. Everything is within walking distance so a car is not necessary to stay here however there is the added bonus of a parking space within the grounds should you have one. Sorrento is a joy to explore and has many restaurants, pavement cafes and shops and the closest beach is less than 500m away. There is a local bus stop nearby and from the port area there are ferries to the islands, Naples and boat trips along the coast.

As well as being so centrally located Villa Sorrento has a great highlight of its own private garden where there is a raised swimming pool (6.5m x 3m) the perfect spot for relaxing and taking a cooling dip. The pool is partially shaded by an awning and there are sun loungers provided. In front of the villa there is also a lovely large patio area furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco and a barbecue.

The interior of the villa is very spacious and airy and beautifully furnished with much attention to detail and has some interesting antique pieces. The villa is complete with all modern comforts including air conditioning, heating, internet access, hairdryers and even its own fitness room. The villa is spread over various levels. The ground floor consists of a large living room with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, piano, satellite television, DVD and has French doors opening directly onto the patio and pool area. On the same floor is a further lounge area, a dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a washroom with basin and w.c. Steps lead down to a lower floor where there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Stairs lead from the living room to the upper levels of the villa where there are four more elegant bedrooms, one with a double bed (which can convert to twins on request) and ensuite bathroom with hydro massage tub and shower, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and two with double beds (both of which can convert to twins on request). There is also another bathroom with bath tub and shower.

On the lower floor of the villa there is a fitness room with home gym equipment including an exercise bike and treadmill and a separate shower room. The attentive owners have also added a laundry room with washing machine and iron for guests use.

Villa Sorrento is the perfect choice for those seeking very comfortable accommodation in a this beautiful area of Italy. Its private swimming pool is a special highlight and there is plenty of room for relaxing, soaking up the atmosphere both by the pool and on the sunny patio.

Once you have exhausted the delights of Sorrento there is plenty more to see in the area. Lovely whitewashed towns such as Positano and Amalfi built loftily on the hillsides looking down towards the clear blue sea are close by, and you can also enjoy a trip to Mount Vesuvius or the ruins at Pompeii. The local bus service reaches many of these towns, and there are normally organised excursions available. There are also boat trips along the coast, and ferries to the beautiful islands of Ischia and Capri. The cuisine in this area is superb, what better to lazily shop for the local produce and excellent fresh fish, to then dine alfresco on your own patio, or try out one of the selection of local restaurants or even a delicious Neopolitan pizza.
