Four Bedroom Split Level Villa Praiano

Villa Praiano is a very special villa situated in a fantastic position within walking distance of the beautiful coastal town of Praiano, with amazing views of the azure Mediterranean sea. This unique property is extremely comfortable and boasts a beautiful private swimming pool and sun terraces all enjoying the stunning panorama.

Villa Praiano is the perfect choice for those seeking very comfortable accommodation in this much sought after area of Italy. Its private swimming pool (7m x 4m) is a special highlight and there is plenty of room for relaxing, soaking up the atmosphere and the amazing views both by the pool and on the sunny terraces. The villa comes complete with resident caretaker, breakfast service, daily maid service (3 hours per day) and twice weekly linen change. A cook is also available on request to prepare lovely meals which you can enjoy al fresco on one of the terraces.

The villa has been recently restored retaining many of its original characteristics such as arched Moorish style ceilings creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor of the villa consists of a large entrance hall, with an archway leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry room. A further archway separates the entrance hall from the dining room which has a beautiful fireplace, dining table and chairs, and opens onto a large covered terrace with windows enjoying a sensational sea view. On the same floor is a washroom with basin and w.c, a shower room with sauna, the resident caretakers bedroom and a spiral staircase leads to a small office. Next to the dining room is a comfortable lounge with settees and satellite television from which stairs lead to a gallery floor where there is a double bedroom which opens onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

On the first floor of the villa are three pretty bedrooms, one with single bed and ensuite shower room, another with double bed, and a third with twin beds. Both the double and twin bedroom have flat screen satellite televisions and open onto a sun terrace with wonderful sea views. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with hydro massage bath and a patio door which leads to the pool and garden terrace.

The swimming pool and its surrounding sun terrace is perfect spot for soaking up the atmosphere and taking a refreshing dip. There is also a large partially shaded terrace, with table, benches, barbecue and pizza oven where you can enjoy meals al fresco whilst taking in the unforgettable view.

Villa Praiano is complete with all modern comforts and has air conditioning and private parking within the grounds. Excellently located, the villa is within walking distance of the characteristic town of Praiano with its shops, excellent restaurants and bars, and the pretty beaches of La Praia and La Gavitella can be reached on foot (approx 20 minutes) or by a short bus ride.

This wonderful area inspired writers and composers such as Goethe and Wagner, who were awed with its beauty. The picturesque towns of Positano and Amalfi are less than half an hour’s drive or can be reached by local bus and there are ferry services from both to the beautiful islands of Capri and Ischia. Further afield and well worth a visit are the archeological sites of Pompeii and Ercolano, at the feet of the volcano Vesuvius, and cosmopolitan Sorrento with its maze of streets, with shops and pavement cafes is a joy to explore.
