Verdi is a lovely apartment situated just outside the tiny village of Monteguidi yet immersed in beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicely furnished in a mixture of modern and Tuscan styles it has a lovely garden and large private swimming pool which enjoys fantastic views of the verdant valley beyond.

The apartments living room has a cosy sitting area with fireplace and leads to a kitchen/dining area which opens onto the apartments garden terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with double bed and a shower room. The terrace is the perfect spot for dining al fresco, and overlooks the garden below where there is also a large private swimming pool (12m x 6m). Surrounded by lawns and is furnished with sunloungers the pool has a fantastic view of the verdant valley beyond.

The ancient hamlet of Monteguidi which dates back to medieval times is within easy walking distance, and has a grocers shop, bus connections to local towns and a handy local restaurant.

Immersed in the unspoilt Tuscan countryside, lovely local hilltop towns such as Casole d’Elsa, San Gimignano and Colle di Dal d’Elsa are all within easy driving distance and a joy to explore, whilst the magical cities of Siena and Florence can be easily reached by local bus connections or by main road links at nearby Colle di Val d’Elsa 25 kms away.

Parking is in the grounds next to the house. The owners have a room below Verdi which they occasionally use along with the swimming pool.
