Allodole G is a characteristic apartment on a lovely estate close to the famous medieval town of San Gimignano. The apartment has its own area in the grounds for dining al fresco and there is a barbeque close by. A few steps from the house is an azure swimming pool enjoying a gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside.

This lovely little estate consists of two Tuscan farm buildings, forming just three apartments. Although immersed in lovely unspoilt countryside, just 3kms away is the amazing town of San Gimignano famous for its’ medieval towers and ancient history.

Furnished in simple Tuscan style, Allodole G apartment, on the ground floor of the farmhouse, opens directly into the kitchen where there is a dining table and chairs, off which is a little sitting area with settee and fireplace, an open wooden staircase leads to a gallery floor above where there is a further sitting area with settee. There is a large bedroom with double bed, settee and lovely exposed stone wall features, a second smaller bedroom with French bed, and a shower room.

The apartments opens directly onto the grounds where Allodole G has its’ own terrace area furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco, and there is a barbeque for guests use. The estate of course has a lovely swimming pool (14m x 7m) which has wonderful views over the verdant countryside dotted with vineyards.

It’s a great location from which to leisurely explore San Gimignano with its famous medieval towers and historic monuments only 3 kms away. The town has a good selection of amenities, a supermarket, and an excellent selection of restaurants.

The rest of Tuscany’s many sights are easily reached by car and there are also rail and bus links from nearby Poggibonsi (14kms) to Florence and Siena making these famous Tuscan cities easy to visit.
