Villa Le Terme is an elegant country villa dating back to 18th Century in a lovely position close to the thermal spa town of Monsummano yet immersed in pretty countryside. Surrounded by its own grounds, there is a shady pergola in the garden with table and chairs for dining al fresco and set on its own terrace below the villa is the private swimming pool which overlooks the valley.

Villa Le Terme has been fully restored and is now a beautiful holiday home. Extremely comfortable and inviting, its interiors are furnished with many antiques, collector’s items and original paintings whilst all modern comforts including air conditioning have been provided. The ground floor of the villa consists of various beautiful living areas all furnished with great care and attention to detail whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. There are two fully equipped kitchens, a living/dining room with table, chairs and fireplace, two comfortable lounges with fireplaces, settees and double sofa bed, a TV room with armchairs, double sofa bed, and satellite television, which leads to a games room with billiard table. There is a separate main dining area, and from here, stairs lead to a mezzanine floor where there is a twin bedroom. Also on the ground floor are two shower rooms both with hydro massage showers and a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The first floor of the villa is divided into two parts and forms six beautiful bedrooms. Four of these bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms. One ensuite has with a hydromassage bath, the others all with hydromassage showers. One of the double bedrooms has a gallery floor with an extra single bed. There is also a triple bedroom with three single beds, and a single bedroom which share a separate bathroom with hydromassage bath and shower.

The villa is surrounded by woodlands and olive groves and immersed in its own grounds with lawns and a pretty patio area in the garden which is shaded by a pergola and has a table and chairs for dining al fresco. In a secluded position set on its own terrace below the villa is its private swimming pool (12m x 6m) which has an infinity edge, and hydromassage area and sun terrace creating the perfect peaceful spot for relaxing whilst enjoying the lovely view of the valley.

Although situated in the heart of the countryside Villa Le Terme is only 4km from the town of Monsummano Terme with its famous spas and selection of shops and restaurants and Montecatini Terme is also close by. The beautiful Tuscan cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa can be easily reached via nearby road and rail links. Siena, San Gimignano and the coast are lovely day trips out.
