Chianti 2 is a charming apartment situated in a lovely position on the site of a tiny ancient farming hamlet. Fabulous unspoilt views of the unique rolling countryside of the famous Chianti region can be enjoyed all around and there is a swimming pool in a pretty position above the apartment.

The ancient farm buildings of the hamlet have been carefully restored and now form lovely apartments. Chianti 2 is on the ground floor, and has a pretty loggia at the entrance to the apartment furnished with a table and chairs for dining alfresco. There is a cosy living room with armchairs, and fireplace, and fully equipped country style kitchen with dining table and chairs, both of which open onto the covered terrace. There are also two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and each with shower room. A lovely wooden staircase leads from the living room to a mansard gallery floor studio with settee which can be used on request to accommodate a fifth person.

Furnished in traditional Tuscan style the apartment has also been fitted with the latest modern comforts and has satellite television, washing machine, dishwasher, and a hairdryer. A few steps away there is also a pretty swimming pool (15m x 8m) set in a lovely position above the apartment and enjoying lovely views. The pool is furnished with sun loungers and is a the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip.

Situated in a much sought after area of Tuscany in the heart of the unspoilt Chianti countryside Apartment Chianti 2 is only 1km from the pretty village of Lucolena which has a restaurant and a grocers shop and the larger towns of Figline and Greve, both only a short drive away, offer a wider selection of facilities.

There are many famous Chianti towns and beautiful scenery to enjoy, and the medieval hill towns of Siena and San Gimignano are both less than an hour’s drive away. The art cities of Florence and Arezzo are also close by and can be easily reached via road and rail links from nearby Figline.
