Malatesta SX1 is a delightful apartment situated in a restored country house set in its own grounds and enjoying fine views of the countryside rolling gently towards Siena. In a pretty position below the house is a lovely swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace and there is a gazebo for dining al fresco. Siena with its famous shell shaped piazza is only 4km away.

An avenue of cypress trees leads to the house which has been divided into four homely apartments.
As the house is built on a slope, Malatesta SX1 effectively has its entrance at ground level via a small patio. Furnished in classic Tuscan style the apartment has a living room with kitchen area, dining table and chairs, sitting area with settee (which converts to a French bed on request to accommodate an extra person), a double bedroom, a shower room and air conditioning.

Situated in a lovely position in the grounds is a pretty swimming pool (12m x 6m). Furnished with sun loungers and surrounded by a sun terrace the pool it is a lovely spot for relaxing. There is also a wooden gazebo furnished with tables and chairs for dining al fresco, a barbecue and wood burning pizza oven.

A great bonus of apartment Malatesta SX1 is that it is just a short drive away from the beautiful town of Siena, with its famous Piazza del Campo, striking black and white cathedral and home of the famous Palio horse race. There is plenty more to see in the area, the equally famous town of San Gimignano, and the Chianti region are only half an hours’ drive, and Florence is easily accessible by road, or by local bus and train links.
