Castellina is part of a farmhouse just 5 km from the pretty town of Castellina in Chianti in the beautiful wine region between Florence and Siena. The farmhouse consists of apartment Castellina on the ground floor, another apartment which is also rented and the rest of the house is for the use of the owners who live on site.

Simply furnished in a bright mixture of modern and Tuscan styles, Castellina has a pretty living room with dining table and chairs, settee, fireplace and television, and an archway leads to the kitchen area. There are three comfortable bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed, another with a French bed, and a shower room. The living room opens onto the apartments shaded terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco and overlooks the surrounding gardens where there is more space for relaxing.

Castellina is just off one of the most beautiful scenic routes of the Chianti region, therefore in a great location for exploring the area. The pretty town of Castellina in Chianti with its selection of shops and restaurants is just 5 km away and there is an local trattoria just 800m from the property.
Tuscany’s many other jewels are easily reached. Both Florence and Siena are less than an hours’ drive, as is the famous medieval town of San Gimignano to name but a few interesting places to visit nearby.
