Villa Francis is a superb detached villa in a fantastic position close to Siena. Completely private the villa has its own swimming pool and garden both enjoying with wonderful views of the countryside. The villa is spacious and extremely comfortably furnished, providing high quality secluded accommodation in a beautiful area of Tuscany.

The villa, originally a tiny country school has been recently fully restored to a very high standard standing completely on its own and surrounded by its pretty garden complete with beautiful private swimming pool (10m x 5m). The views all around have remained unchanged for centuries, a panorama of swaying hayfields, chestnut woods with two ancient Tuscan castles perched romantically on the hillside in the distance. A view also enjoyed from the villa’s lovely terrace which overlooks the pool and is furnished table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The villa, which is all on the ground floor has been fitted and furnished in extremely comfortable and elegant style. The spacious living room has inviting settees, satellite television and fireplace and leads through into a fully equipped eat in country kitchen. There are three beautiful bedrooms, one with four poster double bed, one with double bed and one with twin beds. The two double bedrooms open directly onto the garden and each bedroom has its own shower room, two of which are en suite.

It’s a joy to eat al fresco on the villas lovely terrace which is shaded by a pergola and the swimming pool and secluded garden provide the perfect surroundings for relaxing in privacy whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and beautiful panorama.

When you can tear yourself away the villa is perfectly located. The beautiful walled town of Monteriggioni and the famous city of Siena are both just 10 minutes away by car and there is a handy local restaurant about 900m away and plenty more to sample nearby. Other wonderful Tuscan towns such as San Gimignano are also within easy driving distance, and Florence can be easily reached by dual carriageway or by meandering through the beautiful countryside via the Chianti wine route.
