Villa Pascoli is a beautiful rambling stone farmhouse house on a lovely country estate ideally situated in the hills above the famous town of Lucca. The house is surrounded by immaculately kept gardens where there are gazebos with tables and chairs for dining al fresco and there is a large swimming pool and sun terrace below. Villa Pascoli really is the perfect Tuscan retreat for a family reunion or group of friends travelling together .

The estate consists of a large farmhouse which has been lovingly restored and has a total of fifteen bedrooms, divided between four very spacious apartments so perfect for larger parties whilst still retaining privacy. The house is surrounded by pretty grounds with lawns, garden areas shaded by gazebos and furnished with tables, chairs and barbeques, so plenty of space for the whole party to dine al fresco. In a sunny position in the grounds below the house is a gorgeous swimming pool (13.5m x 5.5m) complete with sun terraces.

The apartments are all split level and have been beautifully restored in terraced style one next door to the other. They are extremely spacious and very tastefully furnished in elegant Tuscan style with many antiques, and original features. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen area and its’ own garden with outdoor dining area enjoying pretty views. Modern comforts of dishwashers, satellite televisions have been added and barbecues, a pizza oven, laundry room, indoor communal dining room and WiFi internet access are also available to guests. The estate is less than half an hour’s drive from the lovely walled town of Lucca which is a joy to explore and from which there are excellent motorway and rail links to other main towns such as Pisa and Florence to name but a few. There is a restaurant within walking distance, and a village with grocers at 2km.
