The Chianti area is no doubt one of the most famous parts of Tuscany, renowned for its’ beautiful scenery dotted with vineyards, olive groves and chestnut woods. The quaint hilltop Chianti towns are a joy to leisurely explore, or just meander down the country lanes taking in the views. The cuisine in the area is of course superb as are the wonderful world famous Chianti wines. Situated right in the centre of Tuscany staying in the Chianti area allows you to enjoy the countryside yet within easy driving distance are the cities of Siena and Florence, as well as Medieval San Gimignano. We know the houses we rent very well, so if you have any special requirements please advise us. We are very happy to help you choose the house which would be most suitable for you, so do tell us:

- if you wish to stay in the countryside without a car
- if you have a car but prefer not to travel on a gravel road in order to reach your house (gravel roads are very common in Tuscany)
- if you have a disability and need easy access to your house
- if you have small children and if you need a cot for a baby
