Villa Lady is a pretty private villa situated in a lovely position in the heart of the Tuscany with wonderful views of the verdant countryside all around. The villa is furnished in homely country style and is surrounded by a large garden perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco and there is a lovely swimming pool enjoying fine views of the countryside.

The villa is all on the ground floor and consists of a large open plan living room with kitchen area with dining table and chairs and comfortable sitting area with settees, fireplace and television. There are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.

The villa has its own entrance and is surrounded by a very large enclosed private garden (1000 sqm) where there are table and chairs for dining al fresco and a barbecue. Close by in the grounds is a lovely swimming pool (12m x 6m) enjoying a fine panorama of the countryside and shared only by the owner who lives in the bordering property nearby. The views all around are very pretty and the area is renowned for its lovely country walks. Parking is in the grounds.

Villa Lady is situated close to a tiny sleepy Tuscan hamlet and just 6km away from the lovely medieval hilltop town of Casole d’Elsa which is a joy to explore in itself and has a selection of shops and restaurants.

The location is perfect for visiting the area with many of the regions famous sights such as medieval San Gimignano, and Volterra within easy driving distance and the famous cities of Florence and Siena can also be easily reached via nearby road and bus links.
