Villa Colleoni is a gorgeous stone country house set in its own beautiful grounds and enjoying stunning views of the rolling Tuscan countryside all around. The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden and has a lovely swimming pool with hydro massage corner and enjoying a beautiful unspoilt panorama. Although immersed in the countryside the villa is within walking distance of the lovely little town of Montaione.

Villa Colleoni is a gorgeous example of a Tuscan country farmhouse, now fully restored and cleverly divided into two apartments interconnected via the ground floor living areas, therefore ideal for larger parties whilst still retaining privacy. Each part is on two levels, ground and first. Both ground floor living rooms open onto large patios perfect for dining al fresco.

Furnished in a Tuscan country style, the villa has a homely and inviting atmosphere created by oak beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and many of the owners personal touches including turn of the century antique pieces, family heirlooms and characteristic bed heads.

Colleoni 1 consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area, dining table and chairs and lounge area with settee, armchair, fireplace, satellite television, and a shower room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two shower rooms (one en suite). The ground floor living room opens onto a lovely terrace shaded by a pergola and furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. The second apartment Colleoni 2 is in the other part of the house next door and can be accessed via a communicating door or has its own entrance directly from the outside of the villa. Similarly furnished, its ground floor consists of a large living room with kitchen area, dining table and chairs and sitting area with settee (which converts to a bed on request to accommodate an extra person), satellite television, and shower room. The living area opens onto a lovely large loggia terrace with beautiful brick archways and furnished with table and chairs for eating outside. Stairs leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and two shower rooms.

As well as on the villas lovely terraces, there is plenty more space for relaxing in the very well kept garden with its lawns, pretty flower pots and mature trees. In a beautiful position is the large private swimming pool (12m x 6) which has a hydro massage corner and enjoys a magnificent unspoilt view of the countryside. There is a washing machine, two built in barbecues for guests use, and even a vegetable garden where you can pick your own produce in season. A covered parking area is close by in the grounds.

Although immersed in unspoilt countryside, Villa Colleoni is within walking distance of the lovely hilltop town of Montaione, less than 1km away, and with a good selection of amenities. There is a local restaurant 700m from the property and the nearest supermarket is just 800m away.

Villa Colleoni is situated within easy reach of many wonderful Tuscan towns, Medieval San Gimignano is only 20 minutes drive away, and the gorgeous art cities of Florence and Siena can be reached by car in less than an hour.
