Two Bedroom Split Level Apartment Umbria

Cinderella F is a gorgeous apartment situated on a lovely estate excellently located between Todi and Perugia On two floors it is spacious and airy and there is plenty of space for relaxing in the pretty grounds where there are tables, chairs and barbecue for dining al fresco or take a cooling dip in the azure swimming pool.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a mixture of classic and modern styles and complete with all today’s comforts. A few external steps lead to its entrance and patio doors opening into the ground floor living room which consists of a pretty sitting area with settee, armchair, dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen area and washroom with basin and w.c.

Steps lead to the first floor where there are two pretty bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and a settee (which can convert to a bed on request to accommodate up to an extra 2 persons). There is also a bathroom with bathtub.

Close by in the grounds there is a barbecue for guests use and areas in the flower filled gardens with table and chairs or dining al fresco as well as a swimming pool (12m x 5m) the perfect spot for relaxing and taking a cooling dip. Within walking distance of the estate there are riding stables for those wishing to explore the countryside on horseback (payable locally).

The characteristic village of Collazzone with local shops and restaurants is just approximately 3 km away and there is a further selection within easy driving distance. It is a perfect location from which to visit the famous region of Umbria. Known as the ‘green heart’ of Italy, Umbria is filled with beautiful countryside and interesting hill towns rich in history. Todi is just 15 minutes by car and Perugia, Assisi, and Spello to name but a few wonderful places to visit are all easily reached via excellent nearby road links, and even Rome is a feasible day trip.
