Orsa Maggiore L is situated in a characteristic medieval hamlet and tower now fully restored into lovely apartments. Orsa Maggiore estate is in a dominant position overlooking verdant countryside between the lovely Umbrian towns of Todi and Perugia. The accommodation is very unique as the apartments are situated on various floors of the ancient restored tower which has now been fitted with a modern lift. The apartments themselves have been furnished in classic style and many original features such as fireplaces, and archways have been retained.

Orsa Maggiore L is situated on the second floor and consists of a living room, with sitting area with settee, armchair and fireplace, dining table and chairs and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with double bed and a shower room.

In the grounds is a lovely grassy terrace with table and chairs for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the beautiful view and in a lovely position also enjoying the pretty panorama is a lovely swimming pool (12 x 6). Within walking distance of the property there is a local restaurant and a further selection is within easy driving distance.

The location is perfect for visiting the famous region of Umbria. Known as the ‘green heart’ of Italy, Umbria is filled with beautiful countryside and interesting hill towns rich in history. Todi is just 15 minutes by car and Perugia Spello, and Todi to name but a few wonderful places to visit are all easily reached via excellent nearby road links, and even Rome is a feasible day trip.
