This lovely little estate consists of a farmhouse cleverly divided into just four apartments all with their own private terrace and all very well appointed and nicely furnished in traditional Tuscan style. The farmhouse is immersed in its own pretty grounds and enjoys an enviable position with fine views of the countryside yet is located on the edge of a tiny Tuscan hamlet with a handy grocers shop and bar/restaurant within walking distance.

Nino Co, situated on the ground floor, consists of an inviting open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen area, dining table and chairs, and sitting area with fireplace, armchairs and settee (which can convert to a double bed on request to accommodate up to two extra persons). There are two pretty bedrooms, one with double bed the other with twin beds (can convert to a double on request) and two bathrooms one with bath the other with shower. Modern comforts such as Wi Fi internet connection and sat tv have been added to enhance your stay and air conditioning is available (on request payable locally). The apartment opens onto its own private terrace which is equipped with table,chairs and barbeque, a lovely spot for enjoying meals al fresco.

Spacious well kept grounds surround the farmhouse, and a stroll across the lawns leads to a perfectly placed swimming pool (16m x 8m) where each apartment has its’ own area furnished with sun umbrella, sun loungers and table and chairs.

Lovely apartments, a beautiful pool, spacious grounds and gorgeous views are not the only highlights. The attentive owners offer a warm welcome and have added other services to the apartments including free Wifi internet access, a laundry room with washing machine for guests use and provide a midweek towel change. Being situated on the edge of the pretty Tuscan hamlet of Iano, Nino apartments are within walking distance of the handy grocers shop stocking essentials, as well as a local bar which doubles as a restaurant in the evenings. There are a further selection of facilities in the lovely town of Montaione approximately 10 minutes drive away.
It’s a great location from which to explore the area. Medieval San Gimignano is less than 20 minutes drive, Etruscan Volterra is close by and Florence Siena and Pisa are within easy reach and lovely day trips out.
