The old estate consists of a Manor house which dates back to the 19th Century and has been completely restored into six apartments, including n° 379 Lopio Ma, n° 381 Lopio Mi and n° 382 Lopio R, and a detached barn which has been recently skilfully restored into two apartments, Lopio Me described here and n° 378 Lopio G. Each apartment has its own area in the garden with table, chairs and barbeque for dining al fresco. The estate is surrounded by extensive grounds with gorgeous gardens and has a magnificent shared pool (20m x 8m) with jacuzzi corner surrounded by a sun terrace complete with loungers and sun umbrellas. The estate grounds are completely fenced and there is covered parking.

Lopio Me has been restored and comfortably furnished in typical Tuscan style as well. Original characteristics such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors have all been retained.

The apartment is spread over two levels. In front of the apartment is a covered loggia which is furnished with sofa, armchairs, table, chairs and barbecue. From the loggia, you enter directly into the living room with dining table, chairs and a fully equipped kitchen area. On the same level there is a double bedroom (which can be turned into twin bedroom on request) and a bathroom with shower.

From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a twin bedroom (which can be turned into double bedroom on request) and a double bedroom. One of the bedrooms also has a single bed which can accommodate an extra person on request.

There is a communal room on the estate with large fireplace, settees, armchairs, table, chairs, satellite television and WiFi internet connection.

Also on the estate is a communal wood oven, tables and bench seats for dining al fresco together, a children's play area with swing and table tennis-table and boules are available for guests use.

Lopio Me is located in the countryside about 1 km from the medieval village of Montelopio. The property is about 8.5 km from Peccioli with its restaurants and shops. It is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Other cities such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Pisa are all easily accessible.

On request, typical Tuscan dinners can be served to the guests. It is also possible to do a course in Art, Italian language, Cooking, Wines tasting and appreciation.
