The villa, spread over two floors, is stylishly furnished with typical terracotta tiled floors and a wonderful light and airy atmosphere. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, off which is a spacious dining area with table and chairs, and a large living room with comfortable lounge area with settees, fireplace and satellite television at one end and table and chairs at the other. Both the living room and kitchen have patio doors opening onto the villas garden and lovely outside terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and shaded by a pergola. On the first floor of the villa are four lovely bedrooms which all enjoy pretty views from their windows, two of the bedrooms have double beds, two have twin beds and each has its' own ensuite shower room.

This lovely villa is surrounded by its own private garden with large terrace with table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the wonderful panorama and comes complete with the modern comforts of air conditioning and Wi Fi internet access. A stroll though the olive grove leads down to the villas private swimming pool (8m x 4m) set in an idyllic position enjoying lovely views over the countryside. The pool which can be heated on request (payable locally) is equipped with sun loungers and has terrace area shaded by a pergola.

Also on the estate is a little reception, a laundry room with washing machine and a built in barbecue for guests use. Completely separate to Villa Cassia and with their own swimming pools are 5 apartments and a further smaller villa. There are extensive views of the beautiful landscape of terraced land dotted with vineyards and olive groves all around and lovely walks in the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed.

Villa Cassia is situated just less then 2km from the characteristic Tuscan town of Lamporecchio which has a selection of shops, restaurants and amenities, and is renowned locally for its famous 'Brigidini' wafer thin aniseed flavour biscuits. It's a great base for exploring the area. Vinci, famous as the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci and with an interesting museum to commemorate him is just 7km away and Florence, Pisa and the coast are easily reached by car or via train connections from nearby Empoli. Even Siena and San Gimignano are only just over an hours' drive away.
