The villa is on two floors and has air conditioning throughout. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs separated by a lovely brick archway from the living room which has beamed ceilings, comfortable settees and satellite television and there is a shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two comfortable double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two shower rooms (one of which is ensuite). This floor also has beamed ceilings and the windows retain the original slanted brick characteristics.

In front of the villa is a private swimming pool (10m x 5m) perfect for relaxing and surrounded by garden terraces where there is a barbecue and table and chairs for dining al fresco. There are extensive views of the beautiful landscape dotted with vineyards and olive groves from every corner of the estate, and lovely country walks can be enjoyed.

Villa Cabernet is situated on a large estate just over 2km from the pretty Tuscan town of Gambassi Terme which has a selection of shops and restaurants. Situated in other secluded positions in the grounds of this immense estate there are a further two private villas, some apartments and the main building, originally a convent, where there are some rooms and a small reception with internet connection where extra services such as cleaning, and breakfast can be arranged*. Inside the property the owner created a restaurant where you can taste Tuscany's typical products. Meals are served on request. Many of the regions famous sights such as medieval San Gimignano, and Volterra are within easy driving distance and the famous cities of Florence and Siena can also be easily reached via nearby road and rail links.
