The estate is composed of two pretty houses which have been divided into sixteen apartments set in a lovely oasis of well kept grounds with lawns and colourful flowers. As well as the azure swimming pool (16m x 6m), which also has a hydro massage section, the attentive owners have added other extra facilities such as a barbeque, games room, laundry room, children's play area and even a dining room where breakfast and dinner (high season only) are usually served on request.

The apartments themselves are tastefully furnished in Tuscan country style with attention to detail and with the welcome addition of modern comforts including air conditioning, safe, television, hairdryer, telephone, Wi Fi internet connection and fly screens as well as having their own loggia terrace area or balcony.
Resort G5 is a large apartment on the first floor and consists of a living room with sitting area, dining table and chairs and kitchen area. There are four bedrooms (three with double beds (one of which converts to a twin on request) and another with French bed), a shower room and a bathroom. The apartment opens onto its own covered balcony area perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.
Close by in the grounds is a large swimming pool (16m x 6m) bordered by a terrace with gazebo and surrounded by lawns. The pool enjoys a view over the fields and countryside beyond and is a lovely spot for sunbathing or taking a cooling dip. For the more energetic the estate also has a golf driving range and games room keep the little ones amused.

The little village of Braccagni is within walking distance only 1km away and has a supermarket and local shops, whilst the large town of Grosseto, at just 10kms, has a wider selection of amenities.The gorgeous coastal town of Castiglione della Pescaia is just 15 minutes drive away and boasts a lovely sandy beach.

The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday combining sightseeing with days at the sea or by the pool. The many sights of the Maremma such as the national parks, pretty towns of Sovana, Pitigliano and the famous thermal spas of Saturnia are all within easy driving distance and main road links nearby make Siena, Florence and even Rome.
The photographs are examples of the interiors of some apartments. The facilities are standard however the furnishings and colours may differ. A water purification plant is slightly visible from the approach road to the estate.
