The outdoor areas of the villa are well maintained and offer lawns, areas for relaxing and a beautiful swimming pool (15m x 5m) with Jacuzzi, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, tables, chairs and sofas in the shade of a gazebo. The villa and garden are completely fenced and the property has private parking.

Villa Lescaut has been completely restored and has been equipped with modern comforts to offer a high standard and hospitality truly unique and exclusive. It is beautifully furnished in classic style and is spacious, light and airy.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor after the main entrance, on the left, there is a large living area with table, chairs and sofa, a built-in fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. On the same level, on the right, there is a large living room comfortably furnished with a large fireplace, sofa, armchairs and satellite television. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower (suitable for the disabled). The kitchen and living room both open on to an outdoor area with table and chairs in the shade of a pergola, ideal for dining al fresco and relaxing.

From the entrance, a wrought iron staircase of 17 steps leads upstairs where there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, and two twin bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms are all equipped with a fireplace and satellite television. On request it is possible to add three additional single beds, one in each bedroom.

From the first floor, a spiral staircase leads to the panoramic tower with sitting area to enjoy the panoramic views. The property has another area for relaxation where there is a built-in barbecue and a covered outdoor area with table, chairs and sofas for outdoor dining.

Villa Lescaut is located in the countryside about 1 km from the medieval village of Montelopio. The property is about 8.5 km from Peccioli with its restaurants and shops. It is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Other cities such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Pisa are all easily accessible.

On request, typical Tuscan dinners can be served to the guests. It is also possible to do a course in Art, Italian language, Cooking, Wines tasting and appreciation.
