This beautiful villa was originally the country residence of the owners, built for housing needs, then fully restored with modern and functional style. Immersed in countryside yet within walking distance of the lovely town of Vinci, famous as the birthplace of the great artist and inventor Leonardo da Vinci. The town, as well as having a good selection of amenities and restaurants, in fact houses a very interesting museum with Leonardo’s inventions and the house where he was born is very close to the villa and can also be visited.

The villa itself has been beautifully restored, retaining the lovely covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, it is on three floors and has large balconies, terraces and several green areas.

The interiors are spacious and comfortably furnished in an elegant mixture of traditional classic Tuscan and modern styles, like the half-tail piano. The ground floor consists of an inviting living room with stone fireplace (decorative only), comfortable corner sofa, armchairs and TV. Spacious and luminous kitchen living room, fully furnished with large fridge/freezer, cooking central island, central, table for breakfast with chairs, room with small dining table with 6/8 seats, armchairs, TV, fireplace and large doors which also opens onto covered terrace. Behind the living room there is a hall with piano, bookcase and two armchairs. Also, on this floor there is a double bedroom, with access to the terrace, a complete bathroom, equipped for the disabled, with shower, a small service bathroom and a laundry room with washer/dryer for guests ' use.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a room with a French bed and a complete bathroom with three more double bedrooms, with access window to the balcony and with the respective ensuite bathroom, two complete with shower with elegant finishes and one with bath and hand shower.

Going up other steps is the attic floor where there is a studio, ideal for relaxing or reading a book, with desk, chair and sofas (which can become beds), with access to the balcony, a double attic room and a bathroom complete with Jacuzzi.

Spacious gardens sweep around the side and rear of the villa. In a lovely position in the terraced grounds below the garden is a gorgeous swimming pool, heated with solar panels (14m x 6m), reachable by some steps, and plenty of space around to relax whilst enjoying the breathtaking views. In the swimming pool area, there is also a room equipped with minibar, a dressing room with bathroom, shower and hairdryer.

Once you have exhausted the local delights of the picturesque little town of Vinci, there is plenty more to see in the area. Montelupo, famous for its ceramics, is close by and Florence and Pisa can be easily reached by nearby road and rail links. A little further afield is the spa town of Montecatini Terme, and trips to Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano are lovely days out
