Villa Berto S is the first property you come across entering in the Estate, immediately close to the parking. The villa is on two floors and it is very tastefully furnished in elegant Tuscan style with many antiques original features.

The ground floor consists of an inviting living room with a beautiful table and chairs with a first sitting area with settee, armchair, fireplace, satellite television and patio doors opening out directly onto the villas lovely garden. Immediately close, another living room with settee, armchair and tables, from which you can enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside . Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, two ovens, two low fridges with freezer, microwave , kettle, an American coffee machine. and patio doors opening out directly onto the villas lovely garden.

Just two stairs lead you to a floor that consists in a room with two single beds and ensuite bathroom.

You can get in here both from the corridor as from the bedroom.

With only sixteen stairs you can get on the upper floor where there is a room with two single joinable beds and ensuite bathroom A built in wardrobe offers our guests all the necessary room for their clothes. Right in front of the stairs a door will lead you to a small suite with ensuite bathroom, overlooking the pool.

Villa Berto S is surrounded on three sides from the large private terrace fully furnished with table and chairs and barbeque for dining al fresco. In the area below the garden a lovely private swimming pool (12m x 4m) for the exclusive use of guests staying at the cottage. Surrounded by lawns and furnished with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, the pool is perfect for enjoying cooling dip or just relaxing whilst savouring the lovely panorama of the verdant valley beyond.

The grounds surrounding the estate are bordered by woods and olive groves, where you can enjoy lovely country walks and there are amazing views overlooking the plain of Lucca from many corners of the property. Inside the main cottage there are two other properties: The House where the Owners live and (N ° 123 Villa Berto B), where there is also a large parking.

Although immersed in the countryside, the estate is about to 20 minutes drive from the lovely walled town of Lucca which is a joy to explore in itself and from which there are excellent motorway and rail links to other main towns. The local village, just 2 km away, has a grocers shop and bakery.

Pisa and Florence are within easy driving distance, as well as San Gimignano, Siena and the coastline of Versilia.
