There is a triple bedroom with double and single bed and an ensuite shower room with is adapted for disabled.

The living room opens onto a lovely terrace furnished with a wrought iron gazebo, table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco, in the adjacent garden area there is a barbeque and handy external shower. A few steps away, built into the terraced land below the house, is a pretty swimming pool (12m x 6m) a wonderful spot for enjoying the sunshine and taking a refreshing dip. The pool is shared only by guests staying at the three apartments Polluce D, E, F and at a separate villa in the grounds nearby.

If a day by the sea tempts, the owners of the property have a stretch of private sand dunes on the coast to the north of Marina di Castagneto just 12 kms away, which they kindly put at the disposal of guests staying at the apartments. As well as being able to enjoy the beach and sea here, part of the dunes have a fenced in botanical garden aiming to preserve plants, flowers and rarer dune vegetation.

Polluce E is in a lovely countryside location, surrounded by chestnut woods, yet the ancient characteristic hill town of Sassetta with its local shops and restaurant is just 800m away and can be reached on foot. There are a further selection of restaurants and amenities within easy driving distance towards the coast and there are a host of beaches, interesting local towns, nature parks and vineyards to visit. Further inland San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena are wonderful days out.
